A Recap of Our Inspiring Trip

Our annual trip to Germany to visit our factory, Berliner, was nothing short of incredible.

The trip was led by our Architect Resource Manager, Anthony Kenaston and joined by California Territory Manager, Eric Molano and Arizona Territory Manager, Andrew Ross.

This was our 3rd year in a row that we have taken a group of Landscape Architects on a tour of Berlin and the Berliner factory. There were so many great questions and conversations as we built relationships, traveled, and ate and drank together. Our group left feeling inspired by the experience and eager to maintain the relationships we built! We are so grateful for the time spent together, sharing a focus on innovative designs and connecting with those serving alongside us in our communities.

Factory Visit

There’s something really awesome about getting to visit a factory that we work with on a daily basis. When we take a trip to visit Berliner, we always leave starstruck at their innovation, creativity, and masterclass craftsmanship.

We love that we get a one-on-one with the factory and bring Territory Managers and Landscape Architects to experience the quality of the products that Berliner produces. Berliner is an expert in the industry and when we brag about their innovation – we meant it! They are continually creating new products, submitting for patents, and prioritizing safety. Seeing their engineering, machinery, and family-centered team dynamic is always a highlight of our trip to Germany.

Visiting Local Playgrounds

Seeing the factory and how they create the structures we put in our communities’ play spaces adds so much value to seeing their products installed. We went to many local Berliner playgrounds to have a hands-on experience and showcase the quality of Berliner’s products. The quality of the products that they produce is something best seen in person! One of our goals is to be inspired (and inspire!) to create unique play spaces in our local communities.

Berliner is always a gracious host to us and the team we bring. They have a rich history of innovation, craftsmanship, dedication, customer service, and FUN! We are so thankful that we get to do this year after year and bring members of our DBA team and Landscape Architects for an incredible trip.
