Harmony Hop
Introducing Harmony Hop – the innovative and engaging way to explore the world of music theory while enhancing a child’s gross motor skills!
Each hopscotch square represents a musical note: C, D, E, F, G, A, and B. By hopping from one note to another, players can easily learn the fundamental concept of musical harmony. They’ll understand how these notes relate to each other in a melodic sequence, fostering a solid foundation in music theory.
Congas (Trio)
The Conga Drum, or more properly the Tumbadora, is a tall, narrow, single-headed African drum. We’ve taken the traditional conga drum and added our own twist to bring drumming and music-making to the great outdoors. The Congas are a pair of single-headed drums mounted onto a stainless steel post to be installed directly into the ground. Made with heavy-duty ABS caps, these strong and durable drums are painted in bright color combinations for visual appeal.
These drums really do sound as good as they look and combine outstanding playability with high energy, a wonderful sound, and unmistakable visual appeal.
Also available as Congas (Pairs): Small | Medium | Large – each producing different tones.
Cyclone
Spinning the wheel will set the ball bearings inside the wheel into motion to mimic the sound of falling rain. From a gentle pitter-patter through a heavy rain shower to a full-on monsoon, players can control the intensity of the rain sound by how hard they spin the wheel, demonstrating the concept of cause and effect and encouraging gross motor skills.
Mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame, the Cyclone comprises two HDPE panels embellished with thunderbolt aluminum inserts. The diameter is 460mm/18.5″.
Babel Drum (Large)
Manufactured from stainless steel, Babel Drums are a part of the family of percussion instruments that consists of Hand pans, Hank, Tank, and Tongue Drums.
This large stainless steel tongue drum can create beautiful melodies with remarkably long sustain. This is our larger and more popular version and has an eight-note layout in G-Major – the sound is amazing.
Securely mounted onto a frame, these beautiful drums are designed for permanent outdoor installation. Babel drums should be played with the hands, preferably by striking with the fingers. However, there may be locations where players suffer from a weak or painful grip or have limited dexterity and find it more difficult to produce a clear sound with just their fingers. These locations include elderly care homes or special needs environments. In these cases, Babel/Petal Drum Mallets can be purchased separately.
